LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks Assistant Product Manager for Givenchy marketing internship in Levallois-Perret, France.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead active participation in the development of promotional gift sets and campaign offerings for seasonal periods (Christmas, Mother's/Father's Day, Valentine's Day, Travel Retail, China initiatives)
  • Develop promotional concepts and assortment strategy for gift collections
  • Brief creative agencies and studios; coordinate purchasing requirements
  • Review and validate prototypes and artwork proofs
  • Coordinate and oversee product photography for gift sets
  • Develop visual assets and brand guidelines materials
  • Create comprehensive launch presentations (360° strategy, forecast requests) for market distribution and senior management review
  • Conduct conceptual research and contribute to development of 360° toolkits including visual assets and Art of Gifting materials
  • Support the development of annual cross-functional Gift With Purchase strategy
  • Perform competitive analysis using Orion (sell-in) and NPD (sell-out) tools to inform promotional strategy across maisons
  • Manage budget quotations and support marketing convention preparation and strategic presentations
  • Monitor competitive landscape (gift sets, digital, 360° campaigns) across key commercial periods to inform creative strategy and support field visits

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in business school or equivalent university program with Marketing specialization
  • Prior marketing development experience in luxury or beauty sectors preferred
  • Fluent English (written and oral)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility for luxury and fragrance & cosmetics sectors
  • Creative and agile mindset
  • Rigorous organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
  • Keen to learn in a stimulating and creative professional environment
