LVMH Fragrance Brands internship: 7 Assistant Product Manager positions in fragrance development, Levallois-Perret, January–July 2027. EUR 1,300–1,400/month.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans (2027–2029) for assigned fragrance lines, including product launch strategy, positioning, and cross-functional coordination with creative studio, R&D, packaging development, digital, and merchandising teams
  • Support strategic 360° launch planning encompassing communication strategy, point-of-sale materials, press releases, training content, and in-store activations
  • Conduct market studies and competitive intelligence through quantitative and qualitative analysis (sell-in and sell-out data), monitor competitor launches, and track industry trends
  • Assist in organizing internal and external events, including major international marketing conferences and brand presentations
  • Provide operational support to Product Managers across all assigned fragrance franchises and projects

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, Master's programme in Marketing, or equivalent university degree
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and oral)
  • Demonstrable curiosity and passion for the fragrance and beauty sector
  • Strong project management discipline with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and adapt quickly in a reactive environment
