LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks an Assistant Product Manager for Givenchy Brand Events in Levallois-Perret, France. Six-month internship, €1,300–€1,400/month.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead active participation in the development of promotional offerings, including gift sets for Christmas, Mother's and Father's Day, Valentine's Day, Travel Retail, and China market initiatives
- Develop product concepts and assortment strategies; brief creative agencies and purchasing teams; validate prototypes and artwork
- Coordinate photoshoots of gift collections and develop visual materials and 360° launch presentations
- Conduct conceptual research and contribute to the development of comprehensive gift activation tools (360° materials, Art of Gifting resources)
- Support the development of the annual Gift With Purchase transversal plan
- Perform competitive analysis using Orion and NPD tools to inform animation strategies
- Manage quotations and assist in the preparation of marketing conventions and strategic presentations
- Monitor competitive landscape (gift sets, digital, 360° initiatives) during all Key Commercial Periods and conduct field visits to inform creative strategy
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university degree programme, with specialization in Marketing
- Fluent English proficiency (written and oral)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong aesthetic sensitivity to the luxury universe and fragrance and cosmetics industry
- Demonstrated creativity and agility
- Organized, detail-oriented approach to project management
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in Marketing Development within the luxury or beauty sectors is advantageous; entry-level candidates with strong foundational knowledge of luxury marketing are encouraged to apply.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a business school degree or equivalent university qualification with a specialization in Marketing.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Levallois-Perret, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,300 to EUR 1,400 per month.
