Role & Responsibilities

• Run network services and changes across the Asia time zone in line with the central Fashion Group core model
• Operate network infrastructure including SD-WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi and RADIUS across Meraki and Huawei environments
• Support network service operations across Asia markets, troubleshooting issues and escalating where required
• Contribute to central Fashion Group operations and regional hubs (EMEA, AMER) as part of a follow-the-sun model
• Deliver boutique network projects, including openings, renovations and closures, in collaboration with Regional IT Managers and local teams
• Coordinate and perform physical network deployments and Wi-Fi site surveys, ensuring central designs are accurately implemented
• Act as L3 escalation relay towards the enterprise-scale OneNetwork partner
• Contribute to the annual Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) exercise with Paris
• Support resolution of network operational issues and escalate appropriately in line with established processes
• Produce clear and directly usable deliverables, including framing notes, meeting minutes, procedures and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Solid background in Network Operations / NOC environments and field deployments
• Experience working in the Asia region and delivering retail or boutique network projects
• Hands-on network engineering and configuration experience with Meraki and Huawei equipment
• Strong technical knowledge of SD-WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi and RADIUS, including network architecture and topology
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex technical environments
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant network certifications preferred; Huawei experience a strong plus
