Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive IT support and training on systems and applications to office and store users, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels and standards
- Manage deployment of system upgrades and enhancements, proposing improvements based on local requirements
- Coordinate with the Service Delivery team to fulfil day-to-day business requests accurately and on time
- Manage IT-related store activities including new store openings, closures, relocations, renovations, and technology upgrades
- Drive implementation of regional IT project deployments in collaboration with IS&T teams
- Ensure project milestones are met and deployments are conducted efficiently according to regional standards and timelines
- Set up and perform basic troubleshooting of network devices such as routers, switches, and access points
- Monitor network health and performance, utilizing dashboards or command-line tools to identify and address potential issues
- Manage IT asset lifecycle processes including procurement, inventory tracking, deployment, transfer, maintenance, and disposal
- Maintain accurate IT asset records for all supported markets
- Prepare quarterly IT asset reports including status, utilization, and recommendations
- Assist with annual IT budget preparation and ongoing financial forecasts
- Monitor budget adherence and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Act as a business partner to understand operational needs and translate requirements into effective IT solutions
- Build strong working relationships with retail, office, and functional stakeholders across supported markets
- Provide IT support and expertise for other regional markets as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in retail or multi-site business environments
- Proven experience in IT operations, service delivery, and project coordination
- Experience supporting retail stores, office users, and regional stakeholders across multiple countries
- Hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure, end-user support, and vendor coordination
- Fundamental understanding of network terminology and concepts (IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant IT experience in retail or multi-site business environments, with demonstrated competency in IT operations, service delivery, and project coordination. Regional multi-country support experience across retail stores and office environments is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
