LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks an Assistant e-Business Project Manager internship in Levallois-Perret for the Givenchy Beauty e-commerce platform (Jan–July 2027).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Givenchy Beauty e-commerce platforms (givenchybeauty.com), including homepage contributions, product page creation, category landing pages, and catalog management
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using Contensquare and implement optimization recommendations
  • Adapt e-merchandising strategies based on product launches and peak sales periods
  • Prepare and deploy necessary marketing materials for product launches and promotional campaigns across regional markets in collaboration with Marketing and Digital teams
  • Develop and create GWP (gift with purchase) promotions and sample packaging strategies
  • Provide e-merchandising guidance and support to regional market teams
  • Create and distribute tools, guidelines, and training documentation for market teams
  • Contribute to the 2025 roadmap by identifying and implementing new website features and functionality
  • Support the implementation of marketing and digital initiatives across multiple geographic regions

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and rigorous execution
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a collaborative approach
  • Demonstrated curiosity and proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or digital environments, preferably within luxury or cosmetics sectors
  • Practical experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is valued
  • Familiarity with Jira/Confluence project management tools is a plus
  • Experience with Figma or similar design collaboration tools is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Contensquare or similar analytics platforms is preferred
