Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and present budget plans, monitor business performance against budget, and communicate variances and results.
- Partner with brand teams to provide FP&A services, ensuring smooth execution of financial targets.
- Support brand strategies by providing financial insights and optimizing cost structures.
- Conduct financial planning and control, including sales performance tracking and variance analysis.
- Provide financial support for counter simulations and profitability studies.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and strengthen internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience in FMCG, beauty, or retail industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive in identifying risks and driving improvements.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
