LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks an Apprentice Quality & Continuous Improvement Engineer in Vervins, France. Apprenticeship on-site in production quality.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support maintenance and compliance of the site Quality Management System to ensure effective Quality Assurance performance
  • Promote and enforce standards and foster a culture of quality across the production site
  • Develop and strengthen visual management tools on the shop floor
  • Plan, execute and document equipment qualification activities for production assets
  • Contribute to the digitalisation of the Quality function (SharePoint deployment, e‑learning implementation, documentation management)
  • Lead and take part in problem-solving activities related to packaging/conditioning operations

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an engineering degree program (cycle ingénieur), ideally at third‑year level or higher, within an alternating/apprenticeship format
  • Strong interest in industrial processes and technical manufacturing environments
  • Respectful of safety rules and practices on a production site
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation; able to work across functions
  • Creative, proactive and able to propose practical improvements
  • Rigorous, solution‑oriented and adaptable under changing conditions

Skills

Equipment qualification visual management continuous improvement structured problem solving (5P, 6M, QRQC) SharePoint e-learning packaging/conditioning troubleshooting

Experience

Enrolment in an engineering cycle with practical exposure to industrial or production environments; candidates typically at third‑year level or higher. Prior internships or experience in manufacturing, quality assurance or continuous improvement are advantageous.

Education

Ongoing engineering degree (cycle ingénieur) — apprenticeship/alternance track (third‑year or higher preferred).
