Role & Responsibilities
- Support the management of the Virtuoses programme: assist in planning ceremonies, workshops and meetings, coordinate logistics with Maisons and external providers, and follow up on administrative and budgetary tasks.
- Contribute to the creation and dissemination of internal and external communications about the Virtuoses community, including drafting targeted messages and collecting member testimonials.
- Animate and strengthen the Virtuoses community by proposing initiatives, organising exchange sessions and facilitating peer‑to‑peer sharing of best practices.
- Conduct monitoring and benchmarking on initiatives that valorise craftsmanship and artisan skills; participate in the programme’s evolution to include new métiers and formats.
- Provide general administrative support to the Direction des Métiers d’Excellence and liaise with HR, operational and financial stakeholders across the group.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in higher education (Bachelor’s to Master’s level / Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Management, Human Resources, Business School or equivalent.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English.
- Proven ability to coordinate events and manage logistical details with multiple stakeholders.
- Organised, pragmatic and proactive with an aptitude for budgetary and administrative follow‑up.
- Collaborative team player with adaptability to work with diverse profiles (HR, craft experts, operations, finance).

Entry‑level — suitable for a student in initial professional formation; prior internships or experience in HR, project coordination, events or communications are advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrolled in a Bac+3 to Bac+5 programme (Management, Human Resources, Business School or equivalent).
