LVMH Office Manager Apprentice, Paris 8th – 12-month renewable apprenticeship in facilities management starting January 2027
Role & Responsibilities
- Support executive leadership and facility managers in meeting departmental objectives through meeting preparation, scheduling coordination, and intervention planning with client maisons
- Maintain and update annual intervention schedules, vendor contracts, and documentation for all assigned properties
- Verify invoice accuracy against framework agreements and supplier contracts
- Track facility management requests from client maisons and ensure timely resolution
- Draft and implement facility management procedures for assigned maisons and monitor compliance
- Monitor budget performance for assigned properties and report variances
- Manage supplier request for proposal processes and conduct comparative service analyses to select vendors
- Conduct on-site supervision of client maisons and support facility managers during special projects
- Handle administrative client management including invoice distribution, document scanning, compliance certificates collection, and payment issue resolution with accounting departments
- Support commercial and marketing initiatives through competitive analysis, customer satisfaction studies, proposal drafting, prospect database development, and event organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher qualification in business, commerce, or real estate (e.g., Master MIPI, IMSI, or equivalent real estate and services programme)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments
- Fluent English communication skills
