LVMH Paris Apprentice Hospitality Project Coordinator role combining event management, guest relations, and luxury brand experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate, and operationally oversee hospitality programmes for major group events, including defining guest programmes for key touchpoints
- Manage and update guest lists, coordinate invitation waves, and conduct source selection and vendor negotiations (hotels, agencies, transfer services, ticketing)
- Oversee operational logistics including coordination of service providers, team briefings, and on-site management (reception, F&B, hostesses, security)
- Monitor budgets and optimize costs across ticketing, accommodation, transfers, F&B, and bespoke experiences
- Produce briefing and reporting documentation to highlight programme value for maisons, executive leadership, and internal partners
- Conduct post-event debriefs, consolidate key figures, and analyze guest data to refine invitation strategy and segmentation for future editions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree programme in communication, hospitality, events management, marketing, or equivalent (minimum Bac +4 level)
- Significant prior experience in a concierge department or communications team (internships, apprenticeships, or equivalent)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and diplomatic acumen with political sensitivity
- High levels of rigour, anticipation, and autonomy
- Team-oriented with genuine passion and enthusiasm
- Solid knowledge of the events market, service providers, and industry trends
- Sensitivity to luxury codes and values—excellence, creativity, attention to detail
- Fluent English proficiency
- Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is advantageous

Experience
Beginner-level experience acceptable; prior internships or apprenticeships in concierge or communications departments strongly preferred.
Education
Minimum Bac +4 (or equivalent four-year undergraduate degree) in communication, hospitality, events management, marketing, or related field.
