LVMH Paris apprenticeship: Communications & Events Coordinator, 12 months from September. Communications degree required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conceive, coordinate, and operationally oversee events, including identifying innovative concepts, venues, and creative formats that align with LVMH's strategic vision
  • Source and evaluate premium service providers and partners to execute creative ideas, managing relationships with tier-one agencies and specialist vendors
  • Coordinate operational production and logistics with secondary service providers, including catering, reception, technical, and décor specialists
  • Monitor and optimise event budgets, implementing cost-efficiency measures without compromising quality standards
  • Draft and prepare comprehensive briefing and reporting documents to communicate event impact to internal stakeholders and Group senior leadership
  • Contribute to content development across multiple channels, including press releases, internal and external communications, and digital assets
  • Support the digital amplification of events and assist in developing communications strategies for social media and internal channels
  • Conduct post-event analysis, debrief sessions, and data-driven reporting to evaluate event performance and outcomes

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently completed a degree programme in communications, events management, marketing, or equivalent (minimum Bac +2 / post-secondary qualification)
  • Demonstrated significant prior experience within a communications department, through internships, apprenticeships, or equivalent professional roles
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities across multiple formats
  • Strong interpersonal skills and diplomatic acumen with keen political awareness
  • Meticulous attention to detail with proven capacity for anticipation and autonomous decision-making
  • Collaborative mindset with genuine passion and enthusiasm for event-driven communications
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the events industry landscape, including key service providers, sector trends, and emerging innovations
  • Manifest appreciation for luxury brand values, including excellence, creativity, and refined attention to aesthetic and contextual detail
  • Fluent English proficiency

Experience
