LVMH Beauty Iberia is hiring for Analytics & Business Performance Internships in Madrid, Spain, starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support product launches through market analysis, sales forecasting, and cross-functional team coordination
- Analyze product performance data, sell-in/sell-out results, competitor activity, and emerging market trends to identify commercial opportunities
- Maintain new product development (NPD) data, prepare analytical reports and executive presentations, and support product development initiatives
- Collaborate in the execution of product launches, internal events, and sales enablement tools for Retail and Headquarters teams
- Assist the Business Analyst Manager in sales budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across wholesale and retail distribution channels
- Evaluate promotional return on investment (ROI), competitive landscape dynamics, and critical business key performance indicators
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and sales communications for management and retail partner teams
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university program and eligible to sign an official 6-month internship agreement
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (C1 level minimum)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comprehensive knowledge of MS Office suite
- Desirable: familiarity with SAP environments and Power BI
- Desirable: French language skills

Beginner-level professional experience; previous internship experience is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in a university degree programme (undergraduate or postgraduate); specialization in business, marketing, analytics, finance, or related discipline preferred.
