LVMH AI Transformation & People Engagement Intern (6 months, September 2026), Paris. Master's-level internship supporting cultural change and AI adoption across the luxury conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate 'Agentic Days'—innovation workshops and hackathons focused on deploying agentic AI solutions across the Group's Maisons in partnership with Digital and IT departments
- Moderate the AI Change Ambassadors digital community and coordinate monthly virtual meetings with AI-engaged employees across the organization
- Coordinate AI transformation projects and ensure effective knowledge-sharing of workplace AI initiatives between corporate headquarters, Maisons, and international regions
- Conduct active market intelligence and benchmarking on AI, future-of-work trends, and organizational transformation best practices
- Support the annual People At Heart event, with particular focus on the People At Heart Awards celebrating cross-functional collaboration and innovation in leadership
- Liaise with international stakeholders and participate in Group-wide programmes to promote a culture of collaborative AI adoption and cross-Maison knowledge exchange
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Master's degree programme in Business, Political Science, or Design from a recognized institution
- Fluent in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in artificial intelligence, organizational transformation, or digital innovation
- Proven project management and problem-solving capabilities with experience coordinating large-scale events or initiatives
- Creative thinker capable of facilitating workshops, generating original ideas, and stimulating collective intelligence within diverse teams
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; internship designed for Master's students with beginner professional experience. Prior experience in organizational development, change management, project coordination, or cultural initiatives is valued but not required. Exposure to artificial intelligence technologies or innovation programmes is advantageous.
Education
Master's degree programme in Business Administration, Political Science, or Design (candidate must be currently enrolled or recently graduated). Equivalent international qualifications accepted.
