LVMH Fashion Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant in Jing'an District, Shanghai. The role covers store receivables, payment follow-up, cash pickups, vendor records, sales reporting and audit support, and requires at least 3 years of accounts receivable experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Reconcile accurate and timely accounts receivable for each freestanding and consignment store.
- Post and analyse accounts related to accounts receivable.
- Review customer ageing reports and follow up with customers to secure timely payment.
- Handle accounts-receivable-related bank transactions and WeChat and Alipay solutions.
- Manage store cash pickups.
- Review rental statements and submit payment applications on time.
- Create and modify vendor records.
- Prepare the monthly sales group report.
- Assist with the annual sales audit and statutory audit.
- Handle other ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable accounting.
- Retail industry and HKMOTW market experience is advantageous.
- Hands-on knowledge of IFRS and HKMOTW accounting and tax systems.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Tertiary qualification in accounting or finance.
- Good written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Experience with SAP or SAP 4 HANA accounting systems is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Good PC skills, including advanced Excel skills.
