LVMH Beauty Iberia seeks an Accounting Intern in Madrid, Spain. Support finance operations on-site in this entry-level luxury goods role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with financial data entry while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Support the month-end closing process and related reconciliations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and ensure proper cost allocation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Manage the incoming invoices end-to-end process from receipt to payment
- Contribute to vendor creation process with direct contact and coordination with suppliers
- Undertake special projects and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Controller manager
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recent graduate of a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- Proficiency with Office 365 and SAP
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication skills and collaborative team approach
