LVMH Beauty Iberia seeks an Accounting Intern in Madrid, Spain. Support finance operations on-site in this entry-level luxury goods role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist with financial data entry while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Support the month-end closing process and related reconciliations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and ensure proper cost allocation
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of internal controls to safeguard company assets
  • Manage the incoming invoices end-to-end process from receipt to payment
  • Contribute to vendor creation process with direct contact and coordination with suppliers
  • Undertake special projects and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Controller manager

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recent graduate of a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Fluent English (C1 level)
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and SAP
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communication skills and collaborative team approach
