LVMH Holdings Accounting Assistant Internship in Paris—support subsidiary accounting and vendor management for 60+ holding companies, January 2025.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and operational divisions under direct managerial supervision to ensure accurate vendor database registration and master data integrity
- Handle supplier inquiries via telephone and email, assisting with vendor registration and onboarding into the company database
- Manage subsidiary accounting inbox and coordinate follow-up communications with vendors and operational stakeholders
- Process and track payment reminders and account reconciliation queries to ensure timely resolution
- Participate in safeguarding supplier and client master data prior to invoice processing and general ledger posting
- Support the maintenance of subsidiary accounting records for multiple LVMH holding entities
- Liaise with general accounting teams across LVMH Holdings and coordinate communications with group maisons and operational units
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a business, finance, or accounting programme
- Familiarity with accounting principles and general ledger concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management systems
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking capabilities

Entry-level experience or academic coursework in accounting, finance, or business administration; no prior professional experience required.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
