LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics hiring Accounts Payable Accountant in Shanghai. Manage AP operations, month-end closing, and IFRS reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process daily purchase requisitions and purchase orders in system, including invoice matching and AP compliance verification
- Monitor invoice due dates and coordinate payment schedules to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation and key vendor account reconciliation
- Conduct monthly follow-up on AP key performance indicators and resolve pending items
- Liaise with business teams and Business Process Center (BPC) to address AP-related matters
- Execute month-end closing procedures and prepare accurate AP reporting
- Prepare month-end Group Financial Reporting in accordance with IFRS standards
- Participate in ad-hoc projects to support brand business from finance perspectives
- Contribute to AP process optimization and system enhancement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Prior experience in the retail or luxury goods industry preferred
- Proficiency in financial systems and office software (Excel, ERP systems)
- Strong command of English in both oral and written communication

Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in accounts payable, general accounting, or a related finance function. Prior experience in the retail or luxury goods sector is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
