Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for Parfums Givenchy, proactively driving sales across fragrance, make-up and skincare at the John Lewis Oxford Street counter.
- Set, communicate and monitor individual and team sales targets in line with area and company objectives; coach Beauty Consultants to achieve or exceed KPIs.
- Deliver personalised luxury service through product demonstrations, flash make-overs, consultations and tailored product recommendations to increase ATV and ATU.
- Develop client relationships via events, appointments and return bookings to grow repeat business and client lifetime value.
- Manage stock levels and merchandising on counter in partnership with the Area Manager; ensure visual presentation aligns with corporate guidelines.
- Complete operational and administrative tasks accurately and on time; liaise with store management and department store colleagues to maintain smooth counter operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in prestige beauty retail, department store counters or luxury cosmetics sales.
- Demonstrable ability to lead and coach a retail beauty team to meet sales targets and service KPIs.
- Strong make-up application and skincare consultation skills with confident product demonstration ability.
- Highly organised with experience managing basic stock administration and event/appointment planning.
- Impeccable personal presentation and a customer-focused, tenacious approach to achieving commercial objectives.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in beauty, cosmetology or retail sales preferred.
