Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment process from intake to offer, ensuring efficiency and quality-driven execution

- Demonstrated confidence and proficiency with advanced AI tools in recruitment workflows such as sourcing, screening, and automation
- Full fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern passive sourcing platforms
- University degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or related field
- Strong ability to influence, prioritize, negotiate, and constructively challenge stakeholders

Experience
Minimum 3+ years of progressive full-time recruitment experience in fast-paced environments, with at least 1 year of advanced hands-on experience utilizing the Workday Recruiting module. Demonstrated expertise in AI-powered recruitment tools, passive sourcing, and end-to-end candidate management.
Education
University degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field.
