The Operations Process Specialist identifies and delivers improvements across LuxExperience’s intralogistics chain, designing workflows and coordinating their implementation in the in-house ERP system. The role prioritises product quality control, RFID stock control and smooth picking-to-dispatch operations, with a hybrid workplace.
Role & Responsibilities
- Independently identify, analyse and prioritise improvement opportunities across the intralogistics process chain, directly on the shop floor and using KPIs such as error rates, lead times and productivity.
- Manage improvement projects from objective definition through analysis, concept development and implementation, working with warehouse-area team leaders and adjacent departments.
- Design new shop-floor workflows and translate them into technical requirements for the in-house ERP system, coordinating with IT on testing and roll-out.
- Evaluate optimisation measures with a focus on process quality and luxury-sector standards while considering productivity and costs.
- Embed improvements for the long term through process standards, training and KPI monitoring.
- Identify and implement measures for product quality control.
- Implement RFID use cases for automatic stock control.
- Ensure a seamless chain of priorities from picking to dispatch.
