Role & Responsibilities

• Independently develop, test and implement AI-assisted workflows for Studio functions; evaluate new generative models and refine them based on user feedback.
• Map and optimize cross-functional processes across the NAP/MRP and Mytheresa studios, automating tasks to improve overall efficiency.
• Partner with creative teams, including Still Life, Styling and Editorial, to translate creative requirements into practical technology solutions while upholding luxury brand standards.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities, explore emerging technologies, prototype solutions and keep abreast of industry trends.
• Create prompt libraries and workflow guides, contribute to AI governance and foster continuous improvement within the studios.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with Generative AI tools and demonstrated prompt engineering skills tailored to creative processes.
• A process-driven approach to problem-solving, with a track record of auditing and automating workflows to streamline daily operations for the wider team.
• Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to balance the distinct operational needs of two studio spaces: NAP/MRP and Mytheresa.
• Collaborative and empathetic team player, able to partner effectively with multiple departments.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with comfort navigating ambiguity and developing structured, practical solutions for creative environments.
• A strong interest in luxury fashion and visual content, and an active interest in evolving technology.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.

Skills

Experience

2–4 years of relevant experience in studio operations, creative production or process management, preferably in an international luxury or premium environment.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 27,000 per annum.
