Louis Vuitton (LVSE) in Brussels seeks a Workforce Management Business Intern to support WFM planning, reporting and KPI analysis.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support delivery of service levels and productivity targets across front‑office skills through real‑time monitoring and long‑term action plans.
- Contribute to creation of monthly workforce plans for Front Office teams to ensure optimal market coverage, including daily reference tasks.
- Develop, maintain and enhance reports and Power BI dashboards to track WFM KPIs, SLAs and operational performance.
- Produce and present daily, weekly and monthly business reports and executive summaries on WFM metrics.
- Assist in request management, follow up on staffing and routing changes, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme with a valid internship agreement from the educational institution (Belgian CIP agreement accepted).
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a data‑driven approach to problem solving.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, capable of taking ownership of tasks and following through on projects; collaborative team player.
- Previous exposure to Workforce Management solutions is a plus.

Entry-level internship: no prior professional experience required. Previous experience with workforce management tools or contact‑centre operations is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme; an internship agreement from the educational institution (or Belgian CIP agreement) is mandatory.
