Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead product development for women's fur ready‑to‑wear from sketch through delivery, ensuring pieces meet style, quality, cost and timing objectives.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional projects with the design studio, material developers and internal/external suppliers to define technical needs and secure feasibility.
  • Source and research materials and alterations, produce production masters in compliance with LVMH quality and sourcing policies.
  • Create complete technical dossiers and assembly sections using Adobe Illustrator and maintain detailed, illustrated development follow‑ups.
  • Drive industrialisation and post‑showroom compliance, challenge requirements and propose existing or innovative solutions to optimise quality, cost and manufacturability.
  • Populate product and production requirements in the information system (technical constraints, lead times, PRI, negotiations, bill of materials, product compositions).
  • Participate actively in fit sessions and hand over quality elements to ensure adherence to Louis Vuitton specifications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years' proven experience in women's ready‑to‑wear product development with significant exposure to fur or leather goods and industrialisation.
  • Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to coordinate multi‑stakeholder developments (design, suppliers, production).
  • Proficient in creating technical packs and assembly sections; strong knowledge of industrial processes and production masters.
  • Fluent in French; professional proficiency in English required; Italian highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and supplier‑management abilities; rigorous, reactive and solution‑oriented.
