Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage IT projects specific to the watchmaking manufactory, defining scope, timeline, and budget while monitoring progress, identifying risks, and overseeing specification, testing, and implementation phases; drive change management through key-user training and user guide development
  • Track incidents and evolution requests to prioritize needs, propose functional releases across manufactory-specific applications, collect user requirements, and formalize functional specifications
  • Coordinate with LV_NEO teams and pilot third-party application maintenance providers, including central IS development teams and external partners
  • Administer user profiles and access rights across applications according to established security standards
  • Create and maintain reports and key performance indicators on IT support; collaborate with the IT manager to define tools, methodologies, and organizational standards

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or business school diploma with strong IT aptitude
  • Confirmed experience as an IS&T coordinator or project manager (3–5 years minimum) in a large international enterprise within fashion, automotive, or horological manufacturing
  • Proficiency with PTC Windchill PLM application and demonstrated intellectual curiosity for learning multiple enterprise applications
  • Ability to work in agile mode across diverse subjects and multiple applications
  • Reputation for rigor, pragmatism, and diplomatic communication

Experience
