Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients entering the store, delivering a warm, professional welcome and managing waiting times.
- Guide and orient clients during their in-store visit, liaising with Client Advisors and Store Managers to ensure a coherent customer journey.
- Support packaging and presentation of purchases to luxury standards.
- Assist stockroom activities, including replenishment and maintaining merchandise organisation to guarantee product availability on the sales floor.
- Perform runner duties to ensure timely movement of products and maintain boutique readiness throughout the day.
Qualifications
- Empathetic, service-minded attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Agile and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
- Professional demeanour consistent with luxury brand presentation standards.
- Availability to work full-time and on the boutique’s rostered shifts (including weekends and evenings as required).
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality preferred, ideally within premium or luxury environments.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; candidates currently enrolled in or recently graduated from tertiary studies in fashion, hospitality, communications or a related discipline are welcome.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Verona, Veneto, Italy.
