Louis Vuitton in Turin seeks a Welcomist & Runner Intern — full‑time in-store internship welcoming clients and supporting stock and packaging.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients entering the store, delivering a warm, professional welcome and managing client arrivals and wait times.
- Guide and orient clients during their in-store visit, liaising with Managers and Client Advisors to ensure a seamless experience.
- Support packaging and presentation of purchases to the maison's luxury standards.
- Contribute to stock activities: replenish sales floor, maintain product availability, and ensure merchandise is orderly and correctly displayed.
- Perform runner duties to support team efficiency and uphold visual and operational store standards.
Qualifications
- Empathetic interpersonal style with polished client-facing presence.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to visual presentation.
- Agility and ability to work in a fast-paced, high‑standard retail environment.
- Availability to work full time on-site, including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Fluent spoken Italian; additional languages are advantageous (preferred, not required).

Experience
At least 3 years of customer-facing or retail experience, preferably within luxury retail or high-end service environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in retail, fashion, hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
