Louis Vuitton Rome hiring a Welcomist & Runner Intern — on-site internship welcoming clients, supporting packaging and stock in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients entering the store, delivering a warm and professional welcome and managing waiting times.
- Coordinate closely with Store Managers and Client Advisors to guide the beginning of each clients in-store experience and direct client flow.
- Support packaging and luxury wrapping activities to ensure consistent presentation and adherence to maison standards.
- Assist with stock activities including replenishment, organization, and ensuring product availability on the sales floor.
- Maintain store order and presentation to guarantee an excellent client experience and support visual merchandising standards.
- Perform runner duties to quickly fulfil requests from client advisors and maintain smooth in-store operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in luxury or fashion environments.
- Empathetic, agile and service-oriented personality with genuine interest in luxury retail.
- Ability to work full-time on-site and to stand and move throughout the shift; flexible to varying store rhythms.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills; able to coordinate with managers and client advisors.
- Legal authorization to work in Italy.

Education
High-school diploma or current enrollment in tertiary education (e.g., hospitality, retail, communication or fashion-related studies).
