Louis Vuitton Welcomist & Runner Intern in Rome — full-time in-store internship supporting client reception, packaging and stock management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients entering the store, delivering a warm and professional welcome and managing waiting times.
- Guide clients at the start of their in-store experience and provide clear directions to services and areas within the boutique.
- Support packaging and presentation activities to ensure purchases are presented to brand standards.
- Assist with stock-related tasks: replenishment, organization and maintaining product availability and visual order on the shop floor.
- Contribute to day-to-day store operations to help guarantee an excellent client experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail or customer-facing roles (experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred).
- Demonstrable empathy, strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused attitude.
- Ability to work at pace in a dynamic, international retail environment; flexible and team-oriented.
- Good physical stamina for in-store duties (standing for extended periods, handling product movement).
- Basic literacy in store procedures and comfort learning POS/stock management processes.

Experience
At least 3 years of practical experience in customer service, retail sales or hospitality roles, ideally within a luxury or premium retail setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; ongoing studies or a qualification in retail, fashion, hospitality or a related field is an advantage.
