Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients in store, delivering a warm, professional welcome and managing queues or waiting guests.
- Support Managers and Client Advisors in initiating and coordinating the client experience, including directing clients to appropriate services or colleagues.
- Ensure product availability and presentation on the sales floor through replenishment, tidy displays and adherence to visual standards.
- Perform luxury packaging and gift‑wrapping to maison standards, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
- Assist with stockroom activities: receiving, organising, basic inventory support and transfers between back‑of‑house and sales floor.
- Maintain a high standard of store orderliness and cleanliness to preserve the client environment.
- Communicate client needs and relevant feedback to the sales team; escalate VIP or service issues to Managers as required.
Qualifications
- Polished, professional and empathetic demeanour with strong guest‑facing instincts.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with an international clientele.
- Flexible availability for part‑time hours in a retail schedule, including weekends and peak periods.
- Right to work in Italy and ability to perform on‑site retail duties reliably.
- Attention to detail and a demonstrable respect for luxury presentation standards.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or customer‑facing experience, ideally within luxury or premium retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary study in hospitality, retail, fashion or a related discipline is a plus.
