Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers upon arrival in-store and manage waiting times with warmth and attentiveness
- Provide helpful directions and guidance to enhance the customer's in-store visit
- Support packaging activities to ensure seamless transaction completion
- Assist with stock management and merchandising to maintain product availability and visual presentation
- Collaborate with Managers and Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer experience
