Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients entering the store, delivering a warm, professional welcome and managing waiting times.
- Collaborate with Store Managers and Client Advisors to orient clients and facilitate a seamless in‑store experience.
- Support packaging activities to ensure purchases are presented to maison standards.
- Assist with stockroom tasks and on‑floor replenishment to guarantee product availability and tidy presentation.
- Contribute to maintaining an orderly sales floor so that merchandise is always accessible and correctly displayed.
Qualifications
- Fluent or professional proficiency in Italian and good command of English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic, service‑oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international retail environment and collaborate within a team.
- Interest in luxury retail, merchandising and client experience; attention to detail in product presentation.
