Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients in the store, delivering a warm, polished welcome and managing customer waiting times.
  • Collaborate with Managers and Client Advisors to guide visitors and facilitate a seamless in‑store experience.
  • Support luxury packaging and presentation tasks to uphold brand standards.
  • Assist with stock activities and store replenishment to ensure product availability and orderly presentation.
  • Contribute to store tidiness and product organisation to guarantee an excellent client experience in a high‑traffic airport environment.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiasm for luxury retail and genuine interest in client service.
  • Good command of Italian and English (spoken).
  • Empathetic, agile and service‑oriented demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to commute independently to Milano Malpensa Airport and work on‑site.
