Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients entering the store, delivering a warm, professional welcome and managing waiting times.
- Guide the initial client experience in collaboration with Managers and Client Advisors to ensure seamless in‑store journeys.
- Support packaging and presentation activities to uphold the maison’s standards of luxury presentation.
- Assist with stockroom duties and merchandising logistics to guarantee product availability and organisation on the sales floor.
- Perform runner duties—rapidly responding to floor requests, replenishing stock and maintaining visual order.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree or vocational programme in fashion, retail, hospitality, languages or a related discipline.
- Empathetic, agile and client‑centric demeanour with strong interpersonal presence.
- Capacity to work full‑time on site, adapt to a dynamic retail schedule and collaborate effectively with a multilingual team.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain presentation standards under operational pressure.
