Louis Vuitton Capri — Welcomist & Runner Intern (part-time internship). In-store role focused on client reception, packaging and stock support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients entering the Capri store, delivering a warm, professional welcome and managing the reception and waiting area.
- Coordinate with Managers and Client Advisors to guide the start of each client visit and ensure a smooth handover to sales staff.
- Support point-of-sale packaging and presentation for client purchases, maintaining luxury presentation standards.
- Perform runner duties on the shop floor: replenish stock, ensure product availability, maintain visual order and assist with stock transfers.
- Contribute to overall store housekeeping and presentation to guarantee an excellent client experience.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in client-facing retail roles, preferably within luxury or premium retail.
- Empathetic, agile and service-oriented personality with high standards for presentation and client care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international retail environment and to collaborate with managers and client advisors.
- Availability for in-person, part-time shifts in Capri and flexibility for retail hours (including weekends and holidays).
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of hands-on experience in retail or customer-facing roles, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods; demonstrable experience managing client welcome and basic stock/runner responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or currently enrolled in a relevant programme (fashion, retail, hospitality or related discipline) — typical requirement for an internship in retail.

This position is based in Capri, Campania, Italy, within easy reach of Naples.
