Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the store’s first point of contact: welcome clients, manage arrivals and waiting times, and orient visitors to their in‑store experience.
- Support Client Advisors and Managers in creating a seamless Client Experience through attentive, anticipatory service.
- Contribute to product availability and visual order by performing runner duties: replenishment, tidy presentation of merchandise and basic housekeeping of the sales floor.
- Assist with packaging and gift‑wrapping to ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards.
- Support stockroom activities and inventory flow under the direction of store leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of customer‑facing or retail experience, preferably in luxury or premium service environments.
- Empathetic, agile and service‑oriented demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑centric retail environment and follow brand protocols.
- Availability to work part‑time on site according to store scheduling requirements.
- Attention to detail in product presentation and packaging.

Experience
At least 3 years of customer‑facing or retail experience, ideally with exposure to premium or luxury retail settings.
Education
Secondary school diploma; enrollment in or recent graduation from a tertiary programme (hospitality, retail, fashion or related field) is advantageous.
