Louis Vuitton Fiumicino — Welcome Host & Store Runner internship: client reception, packaging and stock support in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients arriving in-store, delivering a warm and professional welcome and managing waiting times.
- Coordinate with Managers and Client Advisors to escort clients into the store and guide the beginning of their client journey.
- Perform packaging and gift-wrapping duties to the brand’s presentation standards.
- Support stockroom activities and replenish floor inventory to ensure product availability and tidy presentation.
- Maintain overall store order and presentation, assisting visual merchandising and ensuring merchandise is accessible.
- Collaborate with the retail team to uphold an exceptional client experience and escalate client needs to Managers or Client Advisors when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ customer-facing retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail environments.
- Empathetic, agile and client-focused demeanour with polished interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability to work part-time, including weekends and peak retail hours, and ability to work on-site in Fiumicino.
- Physical ability to perform stock handling and long periods on foot; high attention to detail.
- Professional presentation and commitment to brand standards; prior experience with luxury packaging or visual merchandising is an advantage.

Experience
At least 3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles; prior exposure to luxury retail or premium service environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; studies in retail, hospitality, fashion or related fields preferred but not mandatory.

This position is based in Fiumicino, Lazio, Italy, within easy reach of Rome.
