Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients arriving at the store, delivering a warm, professional welcome and managing waiting flows.
- Support Client Advisors and Managers in daily front-of-house duties to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Perform packaging and gift‑wrapping to Louis Vuitton presentation standards.
- Assist with stockroom operations and replenishment to guarantee product availability on the sales floor.
- Maintain orderly merchandise presentation and contribute to basic visual merchandising upkeep.
- Collaborate with the store team to uphold operational standards and ensure an efficient, client‑centric retail environment.
Qualifications
- Fluent Italian and strong working knowledge of English.
- Empathetic, service-oriented demeanour with excellent interpersonal communication.
- Availability to commute independently to Milan Malpensa Airport and flexibility to work retail shift patterns including weekends.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a programme in fashion, retail, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
- Punctual, agile and able to work productively in a fast‑paced, international retail setting.

Education
