Louis Vuitton, Geneva: Experienced Watchmaker for La Fabrique du Temps watchmaking workshop. Full-time, permanent contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute complete assembly of base movement ranges
- Perform casing operations on semi-automatic or manual equipment, including stem-cutting machine operations
- Install bracelets across the full product range
- Conduct pre-assembly of movement components including bridges and plates
- Diagnose movement assembly issues and implement corrective actions
- Conduct self-inspection of functional and aesthetic quality on completed timepieces
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, established standards, and applicable workshop safety protocols
Qualifications
- Qualification in watchmaking (AFP – CFC or equivalent credential)
- Minimum 2 years of successful professional experience in watchmaking
- Proficiency in pre-assembly, regulation, and casing of components
- Technical literacy and ability to interpret technical drawings
- Ability to self-inspect finished pieces for quality assurance
- Excellent dexterity, attention to detail, concentration, precision, and methodical approach
- Demonstrated respect, integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Confirmed sense of organization and compliance with established procedures

Experience
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in watchmaking, including demonstrated competency in pre-assembly, regulation, and casing operations within a professional horological environment.
Education
Formal qualification in watchmaking (apprenticeship diploma – AFP or CFC) or equivalent credential recognized in the watchmaking industry.
