Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute full assembly of core movement ranges
  • Perform complete case finishing on semi-automatic and manual potence equipment, including stem-cutting operations
  • Attach bracelets across the complete product range
  • Execute pre-assembly of movement components including bridges and plates
  • Diagnose movement-related defects and implement corrective measures
  • Conduct functional and aesthetic quality control on finished timepieces
  • Ensure compliance with established operating procedures, manufacturing standards, and workshop safety protocols

Qualifications

  • Formal training in horology (AFP certificate, CFC, or equivalent qualification)
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated professional experience in watch manufacturing or repair
  • Proficiency in pre-assembly, adjustment, and case finishing operations
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Advanced manual dexterity, precision, and attention to detail
