Role & Responsibilities
- Execute full assembly of core movement ranges
- Perform complete case finishing on semi-automatic and manual potence equipment, including stem-cutting operations
- Attach bracelets across the complete product range
- Execute pre-assembly of movement components including bridges and plates
- Diagnose movement-related defects and implement corrective measures
- Conduct functional and aesthetic quality control on finished timepieces
- Ensure compliance with established operating procedures, manufacturing standards, and workshop safety protocols
Qualifications
- Formal training in horology (AFP certificate, CFC, or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated professional experience in watch manufacturing or repair
- Proficiency in pre-assembly, adjustment, and case finishing operations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Advanced manual dexterity, precision, and attention to detail
- Capability to self-inspect and validate completed components
- Technical acumen for diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical dysfunction
- Time management skills aligned with production objectives

Experience
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in horology, watchmaking, or horological manufacturing. Demonstrated competency in movement assembly, case finishing, and adjustment procedures is essential.
