Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure comprehensive restoration and re-commissioning of in-stock timepieces destined for market, addressing both aesthetic and functional requirements
  • Perform servicing, repairs, and complete overhauls of high-complication mechanical watches, including tourbillon, jacquemarterie, minute repeaters, and jumping hours complications
  • Conduct diagnostic assessment of movements and transmit technical information necessary for quotation preparation and customer communication
  • Execute quality control inspections in accordance with established standards, validating both aesthetic and functional specifications
  • Provide technical support to the after-sales service department and collaborate with workshop leadership on process improvement

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of direct after-sales service experience in a repair workshop, service center, or manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in servicing quartz, mechanical, and automatic movements, including high-complication timepieces
  • Proficiency in polishing techniques and mastery of specialized after-sales service equipment
  • Meticulous attention to detail with proven ability to manage complex horological components and assemblies
  • Strong collaborative mindset and commitment to team-based quality standards

Experience
