Louis Vuitton Milan seeks a Watches & Jewelry Expert Advisor to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive W&J sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the in-store ambassador for the Watches & Jewelry category, delivering authoritative product and style advice to clients.
- Develop and maintain deep technical and stylistic knowledge of watches and jewellery, including competitive landscape.
- Deliver exceptional clienteling: identify client needs, cultivate relationships and guide clients across the Brand portfolio.
- Support store sales objectives by proactively generating business and contributing to category growth.
- Coach and mentor colleagues on selling techniques and product knowledge in partnership with the Field Coach Trainer.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure category presentation reflects brand standards and maximises impact.
- Serve as the primary reference for complex client situations and high-value transactions within the store.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail, preferably with direct exposure to watches and/or jewellery.
- Fluent spoken Italian and English.
- Demonstrable advanced clienteling and consultative sales skills.
- Proven ability to train, motivate and influence store teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanour and commercial mindset.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

At least 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, with significant exposure to watches and/or jewellery sales and client advisory roles.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
