Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the Maison, positioning the Watches & Jewelry category as a primary destination for clients and conveying the brand narrative with finesse.
- Drive and achieve individual and store sales objectives, contributing to team targets through proactive clienteling and outreach.
- Provide an elevated client experience at every touchpoint by delivering authoritative product knowledge, personalised recommendations and premium service.
- Cultivate and deepen long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Serve as the in‑store voice for the Watches & Jewelry category by sharing market intelligence, client feedback and sales opportunities with management.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience; prior experience in luxury retail, watches or jewellery strongly preferred.

- Demonstrable enthusiasm for luxury products and fashion, with a strong appetite for continuous learning.
- Adaptable, quick to learn and able to operate with empathy, curiosity and professional discretion.

Experience
