Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store targets for the Watches & Jewellery category and be accountable for category sales performance.
  • Deliver consistently exceptional, personalised client experiences and set the in-store standard for luxury service.
  • Proactively cultivate and manage a portfolio of existing and prospective Clients using clienteling tools and targeted outreach.
  • Provide authoritative product and technical advice on watches and fine jewellery, supporting colleagues with complex enquiries.
  • Act as a style advisor—assess client preferences and match product recommendations to personal style and occasion.
  • Serve as category ambassador: deepen local market knowledge, monitor competition and drive brand positioning for Watches & Jewellery.
  • Collaborate with the Team Manager, Visual Merchandiser and regional Merchandising team—share product feedback, client trends and market intelligence to inform buying and display.
  • Support in-store training by coaching peers on product knowledge, selling techniques and styling for the category.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' direct experience in luxury watches and/or fine jewellery retail, including exposure to premium or high-watch/high-jewellery segments.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client portfolios in a luxury environment.
  • Deep product knowledge of watches and jewellery; ability to advise on both stylistic and technical aspects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong storytelling and presentation capabilities.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred.
  • Professional demeanour, commercial mindset and willingness to take ownership of the category.
  • GIA, FHH or equivalent horology/gemology certification is a plus.

Experience
