Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute all finishing operations on watchcase and watch‑habillage components, from preparation to final polish and surface decoration.
  • Apply and respect production operation sheets and standardized gammes opératoires for series production.
  • Perform rigorous visual self‑inspections to ensure parts meet defined quality criteria.
  • Contribute to the development of process sheets and the design of tooling required for new products.
  • Adapt autonomously to one‑off projects and demonstrate flexibility across varied metals and finishes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of proven experience in polishing/finishing on watch components or comparable precision metalwork.
  • Mastery of end‑to‑end finishing operations for watch habillage: surface preparation, polishing, and decorative finishes.
  • Comfortable working with a range of metals (stainless steel, gold, titanium and exotic alloys preferred).
  • High degree of manual dexterity, attention to detail and aesthetic judgement.
  • Collaborative attitude, strong discipline for quality standards, with proactive problem‑solving and autonomy.
