Role & Responsibilities
- Define and drive commercial development for the watches category across EMEA and the French market, ensuring achievement of budgetary targets.
- Analyse sales performance, detect growth levers and implement corrective action plans in collaboration with regional and cross‑functional teams.
- Prepare, coordinate and follow up product launches, promotional tools and in‑store activations for new collections and events.
- Manage sales forecasting in partnership with Supply Chain to align inventory and replenishment with commercial needs.
- Develop bespoke offers for key accounts and partnerships (e.g. Cheval Blanc) and support trade initiatives.
- Steer the retail network through regular store visits, qualitative feedback collection and performance sharing with store teams.
- Support and animate regional merchandising teams and promote the watches category with Architecture, Visual Merchandising, CRM, Clienteling and Learning functions.
- Participate in the annual watches showroom and contribute to buy/assortment decisions for newness.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Business school or equivalent BAC+5) or comparable academic credential.
- Minimum three years’ relevant experience in merchandising or operational marketing; experience in horology strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and experience using Power Bi.
- Proven ability to manage forecasts and collaborate with Supply Chain and retail networks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; interpersonal skills to brief and mobilise cross‑functional teams.
- Commercially driven, proactive, rigorous and results oriented; international or multi‑market experience is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in merchandising, operational marketing or a closely related function; prior exposure to the watches/horology sector and international or retail environments is advantageous.
Education
Master’s degree or equivalent (Business school / Bac+5) in business, merchandising or related discipline.
