Role & Responsibilities
- Execute preparation, finishing and decorative operations on watch case components using manual and machine polishing techniques.
- Apply and master a range of surface finishes (brushing, mirror polish, satin finishes, chamfering) across serial production and unique pieces.
- Adhere strictly to defined operating procedures and production gammes for series parts to guarantee consistent quality and traceability.
- Perform visual self‑inspections and in‑process quality checks in accordance with established acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to the development of new process sheets, tooling and fixtures required for upcoming products.
- Work autonomously on one‑off projects while collaborating closely with planning and production teams to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in polishing/finishing watch cases or similar high‑precision components.
- Demonstrable mastery of end‑to‑end finishing operations for watch‑case components, from preparation through final decorative treatments.
- Experience working with a variety of metals, including standard and exotic alloys (steel, gold, titanium, etc.).
- Strong visual acuity, manual dexterity and meticulous attention to detail.
