Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of 25–30 personnel to achieve shared objectives in quality, quantity, and delivery timelines while ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage team cohesion and dynamics in a collaborative environment; relay critical company information and address individual and collective behavioral issues proactively
- Conduct individual performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and manage administrative tasks including absence tracking and overtime coordination
- Monitor and drive performance through shift briefings, order planning, and tracking of key performance indicators including productivity, processes, deadlines, inventory, resources, quality, and environmental and safety metrics
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery commitments; implement corrective solutions to maintain operational continuity from goods reception through shipment
- Maintain warehouse documentation and data reporting systems; identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives across processes, organization, and operational modes
- Oversee goods reception and shipment procedures for compliance; promote quality standards and escalate non-conformances to the quality department with accompanying action plans
Qualifications
- Degree in a technical field such as engineering or economics
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in structured organizations, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods sector, with background in production planning or supply chain engineering
- Demonstrated proficiency with continuous improvement methodologies and problem-solving tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and SAP enterprise resource planning software
- Fluent in French and/or English
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with capacity to collaborate effectively across multiple organizational levels
- Proven ability to lead teams with strong motivational and technical leadership capabilities

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in modernly structured organizations, preferably within the fashion, luxury goods, or manufacturing sectors, with substantive background in production planning, supply chain management, or warehouse operations.
Education
