Louis Vuitton seeks Warehouse Manager in Naples, Italy. Oversee logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations with 5+ years experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate logistics activities for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products
  • Manage domestic and international shipments (export/import), including customs documentation
  • Coordinate relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers
  • Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities
  • Monitor delivery times, logistics costs, and service levels
  • Support production planning based on logistical requirements and constraints
  • Identify and resolve critical issues such as delays, returns, and non-conformities
  • Optimize logistical processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement
  • Generate logistics reports and KPIs for senior management
  • Lead and coordinate the logistics team

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of consolidated experience in warehouse management or logistics roles
  • Preferred experience in the footwear sector or comparable manufacturing environments
  • Advanced proficiency in warehouse and distribution management processes
  • Strong command of English
  • Expert-level mastery of enterprise resource planning systems and analytical tools such as Excel
  • Demonstrated leadership and team coordination capabilities
  • Strategic understanding of supply chain operations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to manage competing priorities
