Louis Vuitton seeks Warehouse Manager in Naples, Italy. Oversee logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations with 5+ years experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate logistics activities for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products
- Manage domestic and international shipments (export/import), including customs documentation
- Coordinate relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers
- Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities
- Monitor delivery times, logistics costs, and service levels
- Support production planning based on logistical requirements and constraints
- Identify and resolve critical issues such as delays, returns, and non-conformities
- Optimize logistical processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement
- Generate logistics reports and KPIs for senior management
- Lead and coordinate the logistics team
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of consolidated experience in warehouse management or logistics roles
- Preferred experience in the footwear sector or comparable manufacturing environments
- Advanced proficiency in warehouse and distribution management processes
- Strong command of English
- Expert-level mastery of enterprise resource planning systems and analytical tools such as Excel
- Demonstrated leadership and team coordination capabilities
- Strategic understanding of supply chain operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to manage competing priorities
- Meticulous attention to detail and precision in execution
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced operational environments

Minimum 5 years of consolidated experience in warehouse management, preferably within the footwear or luxury manufacturing sector. The candidate should demonstrate a strong track record managing logistics operations, inventory systems, and cross-functional coordination in production-oriented environments.
Education
Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
