Louis Vuitton Warehouse Coordinator role in Ontario, California. Manage repair operations, inventory, and supply chain logistics on first shift.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming repairs, create tracking labels, and coordinate repair flow from reception to shipping
- Check quality of spare parts and completed repairs, reporting discrepancies to the SC&L supervisor
- Create picking lists, allocate spare parts for each repair, and manage spare parts inventory
- Process store orders and backorders within 24 hours; receive and process shipments from the Cergy facility within one business day
- Operate JD Edwards system for parts lookup and maintain accurate inventory records, tracking incorrect or missing data for system improvements
- Perform cycle counts, report and adjust stock discrepancies, and create stock movements according to Finance-defined protocols
- Pack, ship, and track repair shipments and spare parts back to stores
- Maintain department organization, propose solutions for repairs awaiting parts over two weeks, and create locations for new spare parts
- Communicate with Customer Service regarding incoming repair issues; partner with Cergy (Paris) to report spare parts issues (quality, lead time, incomplete shipments)
- Participate in improvement projects and perform additional duties to meet business objectives
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse, repair operations, or supply chain coordination experience
- Proficiency with JD Edwards or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- 1–2 years of data entry and 10-key operator experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively under pressure
- Physical capability to push or pull up to 25 lbs. regularly
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, repair coordination, supply chain logistics, or a related field within a luxury goods environment or high-volume repair facility.
Education
High School Diploma or GED required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 20 per hour.
